Shaynna Blaze is best known to many Australians as an award-winning interior designer and television presenter. But behind the spotlight stands a tireless advocate using her voice, influence, and creativity to address one of our country’s most urgent issues: domestic and family violence.
As the Founder of Voice of Change, Shaynna has brought together her passion for storytelling, design, and social justice to challenge outdated norms and help create safer, more compassionate communities. Her belief? That art can be a powerful catalyst for awareness, empathy — and ultimately, prevention.
Shaynna is a passionate advocate for the safety of women, and a social justice campaigner who has leant her voice and profile to a number of organisations tackling domestic violence in Australia.
Shaynna was Executive Producer of the film The Fort, made with her two kids and this spearheaded her co-founding the not-for-profit charity ‘Voice of Change Australia’ using the arts to create meaningful conversations from using survivor and victim’s stories to change the cultural attitudes that underpin family violence.
