It starts with one person. AND It grows with all of us.

I Stand Up gives everyday people the tools to prevent domestic and family violence — and be part of the movement to end it.

I STAND UP

I Stand Up is a national membership campaign to prevent domestic and family violence at the root cause, fostering safer cultures, to drive real, lasting change across Australia.

At its heart, I Stand Up is about empowering individuals, organisations, and communities to take a stand against domestic and family violence.

We’re giving everyday people the knowledge, skills and confidence to prevent domestic and family violence — and be part of the movement to end it.

I Stand Up equips people with the knowledge and skills to recognise, prevent, and respond to domestic and family violence, while calling for organisations to lead cultural change.

Make it stand out.

  • Be part of the solution

It’s a practical way to show your support, take action, and lead change in your circles of influence — whether that’s your workplace, team, or community. Through membership, training, and merchandise, we give you the tools to be part of the solution.

    Why It Matters

Every day in Australia, people experience abuse. Many don't know how to speak up, whilst others don't know where to go. I Stand Up is helping change that, by equipping us to safely turn silence into support, stigma into strength, and bystanders into leaders.
